Refund Policy – Faulty Goods


Refunds, exchanges and repairs will not be provided after delivery has occurred unless the item is faulty, not doing what it's supposed to do, significantly different to that shown or described to you.

If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If goods are found to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly dispatched, Bedroom Direct reserves the right to replace, repair, refund monies, or a credit towards a further purchase.

If a refund is agreed to, for whatever reason, between the store of purchase and the customer, it will be less delivery charges.

 

Refund Policy – Change of Mind


We reserve the right not to refund for "change of mind". If the fault can be solved by the provision of a replacement but not a spare part – we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that Bedroom Direct may or may not require the return of the faulty product prior to sending a replacement, in its discretion.

If the fault cannot be solved with a spare part and no replacements are available within 2 weeks, and no alternative products are to your liking, we will offer you a full refund or store credit should you so choose.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Refund Policy – Warranties


Most furniture and electrical items have a manufacturer's warranty. Our sales team can advise you of the conditions of the warranty, or for further information you can contact the manufacturer or supplier directly.

 

Refund Policy – Delivery


Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement or entitle you to cancel an order. Bedroom Direct relies on there delivery services of third party delivery agents. We will not accept liability for any loss arising from a late delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. e.g. manufacturing, truck breakdown, natural disasters etc.
