When Bedroom Direct delivers your new mattress to your home, we will happily take away your old mattress at no extra charge*.

Additionally, any packaging from your new mattress can be taken away and safely disposed if you require. Our friendly delivery staff are associated with our charity Sweet Dreams. The 'Sweet Dreams Charity Program' aims to help those less fortunate by providing them with a good quality mattress.

We do reserve the right in some cases, where the health and hygiene of our staff or contractors may be at risk, to negotiate an alternate arrangement for disposing of your mattress.

Fair Terms

The Free Mattress Removal applies to all deliveries within our (150km) delivery radius from Capalaba, Qld, 4157. Bedroom Direct employee's delivery staff to conduct this Free Service. For all deliveries outside this area, unfortunately our 3rd Party Logistics do not offer this service.

Only one (1) mattress removal per household is free. If you require other mattresses to be removed an additional fee of $20 applies to each item. (Bedroom Direct remove mattresses only) bedroom furniture excluded.
