Bedroom Direct Delivery 


Free Metro Delivery: Bedroom Direct delivers Free of Charge for all orders over $200 within the Metro/Local area's from the Bedroom Direct Warehouse. 

Outside (20km) Metro Delivery: ($1.00) Per Kilometre: Distances outside the Metro (km) radius/local area, $1.00 per km will be applied (upto a maximum 150km)  i.e 40 Kilometres (km) from the Bedroom Direct warehouse, the delivery charge will be/is $20.00. Find our Delivery Estimate located in every product category or in our checkout.

Australian Wide: To provide an efficient and accurate quote for deliveries outside of 150 Kilometres (km), please phone or email one of our friendly Team Members via our Contact Us section. Intrastate, interstate and international transactions, a quote will be provided (NB; All charges, ferry and tolls will be applied). 

   

 Delivery Turn Around


Brisbane Region: Same/Next day delivery applies to all Metro/local orders and orders over $200.00. All orders outside our local area or under $200.00, please allow one (1) and up to three (3) working days from the Bedroom Direct warehouse. 

Please Note: For all orders under $200.00 or deliveries outside the Free Metro/Local Delivery we will have your order ready for dispatch with express delivery in mind. The Bedroom Direct delivery service average turnaround is one (1) and/ or up to three (3) working days, all orders are subject to stock availability or delivery. An order placed on a weekend reverts to the delivery schedule of the following business day.  

Coast to Coast: All deliveries to the Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast please allow three (3) and up to five (5) working days from date of purchase. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability). 

Queensland Region: Please allow five (5) and up to seven (7) working days. Same day/next working day dispatch. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability).

Australia Wide: Please allow seven (7) and up to ten (10) working days, Interstate: Next working day dispatch. (Delivery schedule is subject to product/s sold and stock availability) If you seek further assistance please phone or email via the contact us section.

  

 Delivery Process  


Customers will receive confirmation of their delivery date, day and time 24 hours prior to dispatch, a SMS notification will be sent providing a two (2) hour approximate delivery window time frame.

You can expect this message between 3:00pm – 6.00pm to your mobile telephone of the day prior. If you would prefer to have one of our friendly Team Members call you on your landline, this too can be arranged. 

Customers must ensure that correct details have been provided for the delivery and any additional delivery notes/ access details are clearly provided. Customers are required to contact Bedroom Direct directly on 1800 039 344 to notify of any changes prior to the scheduled delivery day.

NB; A re-delivery fee will be applied should the customer not be home to accept delivery of goods without prior notification. 

If paying by eftpos or credit card, full payment must be received by Bedroom Direct prior to the delivery date. ALL C.O.D payments must be in full to our driver prior to unloading. Personal/Company cheques will NOT be accepted. No goods will be delivered if not paid-in-full and will be returned to the Bedroom Direct, Capalaba, Qld, 4157.

We suggest/ recommend that you fully inspect all product/s that we deliver, or those collected from our Factory Outlet. All product/s will be supplied at an acceptable quality and match the description provided at the time of sale.

Warehouse Collection: If you prefer to ‘pick up’ your product/s from our warehouse. We are more then happy to assist in loading your vehicle or trailer from our loading dock area located at the rear of our warehouse located in Capalaba, Qld, 4157. All we request is that you inform one of our friendly Team Members of a day, date and time that suites you.

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions


This excludes goods that are temporarily out of stock.

All product/s are to be in paid in full prior to dispatch or otherwise agreed. 

No deliveries/ click n’ collect on gazette Queensland Public Holidays.   

Bedroom Direct will thoroughly inspect all product/s prior to dispatch as part of our Quality Assurance Customer Care Program.

Bedroom Direct accepts no responsibility on lost/ stolen/ damaged/ damages incurred after the delivery and or placement of product/s.

 

Additional Services


Bedroom Direct delivery/ quotes are for delivery to your DOOR at 'Ground Level'. If you require assistance either upstairs or via a lift, an additional $35.00 fee will apply as this will require an additional Team member to assist. Bedroom Direct is not liable for any damages to owners property (I.e Lights, ect) incurred upon delivery of items. We will not componsate for claim/damages as it is the owners discretion to have the driver take the items inside/upstairs.
