- The 100-Day Comfort Guarantee period begins the day you receive your mattress.
- All returned items must be in original/good condition, 100-Day Comfort Guarantee is valid for only online purchases.
- You may exchange your mattress one time within the 100-Day period.* Exchanges will only be allowed one time per item purchased.
- You must keep the original packaging so that our delivery team can use it again when returning your bed.
- The 100-Day Comfort Guarantee is void if product is, not protected, altered, broken, damaged, soiled or stained.
- Your mattress/bed can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than your original purchase.
- Pillows, accessory items, manchester and bedroom furniture are not included in the 100-Day Comfort Guarantee.
- All exchanges and cancellations are subject to Bedroom Direct approval.
